The owners have skilfully honed their rudeness into an art form, sadly the culture extends to several, although not all, of their longer serving staff. There was little choice but to grin and bear it when they were the only Paramo suppliers in Keswick... thank goodness they've now split and Paramo shopping is a pleasure again. This doesn't mean not to shop there as they have some great products at good prices... just go there and prepare to be patronised.
